He served four years on the Program Committee of the CMG International Conference as the Management Track chairman. His published articles include: "Selecting Resource Units for Chargeback Systems", "Report of the SHARE Capacity Management and Planning Task Force", "Capacity Planning: The Management Problem", and "Effective Service Level Reporting".
